Xiaobuu Trade Cloud is a project-based business management app for enterprise customers. Before using the app, users usually connect to the server of their company or project and then sign in with the account assigned under that project.
We understand the importance of personal information and enterprise business data. We process relevant information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and this Privacy Policy. Please read and understand this policy before using Xiaobuu Trade Cloud.
This policy applies to mobile access, sign-in, notifications, QR code scanning, attachment upload, business approval, business query, and related functions provided by the Xiaobuu Trade Cloud app. Different enterprise projects may have supplemental agreements or privacy rules. 3. Project-Based Data
Xiaobuu Trade Cloud uses a project-based connection model. After you sign in, the data you access is usually provided and managed by the server of your company, organization, or project.
- We do not ask you to connect to unrelated projects.
- You can only access data within the permission scope of your account.
- Enterprise or project administrators may configure business fields, permissions, notifications, and attachment functions based on internal management needs.
- If you have questions about the source, modification, deletion, or permission of specific business data, please contact your enterprise or project administrator first.
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Except in the following circumstances, we do not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to third parties:
- With your explicit consent or authorization.
- To comply with laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests from judicial or administrative authorities.
